I am an award winning Director of Photography based in London, Berlin and southern Sri Lanka with over 30 years experience in the film industry.   I took the traditional route to becoming a DOP, initially working on the camera floor at Arri, before learning my trade as a clapper loader and then focus puller.  Over the years I have been fortunate to collaborate with and learn from a wide range of creative talented people spanning all types of film making, from fully crewed studio shoots in west London to gorilla style in the paddy fields of Cambodia.   This has left me well placed to offer you creative yet achievable ways to tell your story.   Get in touch if you have an upcoming project that you’d like to talk about.
